Contest Rules

• Entrants must submit an online entry form for every contest entry. Click here for the online entry form.
• The deadline for entry is Wed., February 10, 2010.
• Video content considered offensive will be subject to disqualification.
• One question per video entry.
• Entrants may submit multiple video entries, but one entry form must be completed for each entry.

How to Upload Your Video

To upload your video, you must have an account with YouTube. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to youtube.com.
2. Click "sign up" at the top of the page to create your account.
3. Go to the WV Youth Forum page at www.youtube.com/group/2010WVYouthForum and click "Join the Group".
4. Upload your video to www.youtube.com/group/2010WVYouthForum.

Winners!
A select number of videos will be played to a panel of West Virginia lawmakers at the Forum February 17, 2010 at The Cultural Center. The legislators will have to answer the questions and explain how they are going to make West Virginia a better place for kids, for families and for OUR future. The top five finalists will be awarded $25. If a finalist submits their entry as part of a classroom project, and indicates that on their entry form, their teacher will also receive $25.
